Responsibilities

Arrange an annual audit of the credit union and report the audit findings

Monitor the Board of Directors financial decisions

Monitor the internal controls of the credit union

Ensure that the credit union is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Review all new policies and changes to credit union procedures

Ensure that practices safeguard the credit union assets
